VIZ and VEG Web Design

The current issue is that the SCD pages should reflect service and support as opposed to "groups"

the 3 options below were discussud at the scd/web meeting and option 2 seems to be what is required.

The group pages which link from the Visualization and Virtual Environments pages should also reflect service and support.
