It is very important that deliveries are coordinated through Tom Coffin
at ACCESS (tcoffin@ncsa.uiuc.edu- 703-248-0107) and Jewel Kenway
of Lowe Enterprises (jkenway@loweenterprises.com - 703-276-0683-x218).

Evaluation Notes:

The freight elevator at the Ballston Metro Center Office Tower is dedicated
during working buisness hours to the needs of restaurants and shops in the
building. All deliveries must be scheduled after 5:00pm on Mondays - Fridays
or during the weekend. There is an exception to this rule.should the delivery
require only one trip using the freight elevator, permission to deliver can be granted
by lowe Emterprises.
The loading area does not have a dock. Trucks delivering large or heavy
equipment should have a hydraulic lift.
The building is limited to deliveries under 31" wide and 80" high.
There are no double doors leading into the buildings freight elevator area.
Larger deliveries will need to be broken down to fit into the space.
Make sure that the delivery of goods covers handling all the way
into the suite.
It is a somewhat convoluted path from the loading area to the freight elevator.
On the southwest corner of the loading area is an elevator. Take that elevator to
the Mezzanine level. Follow the hall until it ends. A door on the right will lead
into another hall of elevators. Take the freight elevator up to the 8th floor. Deliver
to Suite800.
